In Rainzcube Construction's modular houses, we do not use reused shipping containers, but build from scratch galvanized steel structures and sandwich panels, designed to the standard dimensions of shipping containers. This gives us complete control over the design, materials and quality of the structure, ensuring we meet the highest standards of energy efficiency, durability and aesthetics.

The galvanized profiles from which these houses are made offer high structural strength and corrosion protection, making them ideal for a variety of climates, including areas with high humidity or extreme temperatures. The sandwich panel walls, which are composed of layers of insulating materials between metal sheets, also provide excellent thermal and sound insulation, reducing energy loss and providing increased long-term home comfort.

One of the main advantages of this type of construction is design flexibility. Because the structures are not limited by the rigid shapes of reused shipping containers, we can adapt our constructions according to our clients' preferences and needs. We can create custom homes with larger window openings, more generous interior spaces and compartmentalization optimized for efficiency and comfort.

In terms of dimensions, our structures are designed to standard shipping container shapes to facilitate transportation and quick assembly on site. Typical dimensions include 6m x 2.44m and 12m x 2.44m modules, but as a metal construction from scratch, dimensions and shapes can be customized. In addition, these structures can be configured in multiple modules, either by stacking them or combining them horizontally, making it possible to create multi-room houses, multi-storey houses or even houses with terraces and balconies.

Sandwich panel walls, which are commonly used for these structures, are composed of layers of galvanized steel with a layer of insulating material between them, most commonly polyurethane foam. This type of construction is not only more energy efficient, but also offers additional protection against fire and moisture compared to reused shipping containers. Sandwich panels can also be customized according to the thickness and level of insulation desired to perfectly suit the climatic requirements of the location where the house is located.

So, instead of using salvaged shipping containers, we at Rainzcube create customized structures, offering flexibility and higher quality than traditional solutions. This approach allows us to offer a premium product, optimized for comfortable, energy-efficient and long-lasting housing.
