Rainzcube containers for residential, office, accommodation, sanitary, shower and toilet facilities comply with ISO European Model Standards and therefore offer many advantages. The containers are a lightweight welded frame construction that is much stronger than bolted frames. Window, door and wall frames can be replaced. Separate units can be assembled either side by side, one behind the other or one on top of the other without much effort. In perspective it is possible to build wide spaces by dispensing with the panel or by using a partition wall to build rooms of any size.
Detailed description

  1. PODEAUA

Framework: Robust 2-2.5mm cold-formed metal profile 8-cornered cast piece with 4/8mm weld, corresponding to ISO standards.
1.2. Insulation: 100mm mineral wool, density 16-24 kg/m3 Insulation is either mineral wool according to B3800 A1 non-flammable.

1.4. Floor: 1.5 mm glued PVC surface, pollution free, according to B3800 B1, Q1 standards, with welded connectors 18 mm waterproof, V100 quality, formaldehyde free chipboard.

External doors Unstratified aluminium doors, aluminium frame, sheet metal pre-painted with 50 mm of homogeneous polyurethane. Specifications: 810×2,000 mm side opening, with glazing or 1,200 or 1,700×2,000 mm aluminium double sliding door or other sizes, fitted with a 3-keyed tambour.

Internal doors Unstratified aluminium doors, aluminium frame, sheet metal pre-painted with 50 mm of homogeneous polyurethane. Specifications: 810×2,000 mm side opening, with glazed or sliding double aluminium door 600/700 or 1,700×2,000 mm or other sizes, fitted with a 4-keyed tambour.

5. FERESTRE:

Aluminium windows, 1000×1000 mm, painted white, with insulation made of double-layer glass, one-hand operation (tilt and turn type). The windows are equipped with shutters with closing system. Sliding windows, double sliding windows and panoramic windows on request.

6. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Voltage: 230/400V/50 Hz External 3-pin CEE connector /32 A. Fl 40/4E-0.03A resistance 10 A resistance (light and/or heating, fan) 16 A resistance (sockets and boiler) Switch Bulbs with fenders and 36W neon lights.

7. Grounding 2 galvanized iron wires are used on request. The grounding wires are connected by the customer.

8. WATER INSTALLATION

9.1. Supply pipe Ppr pipe installed laterally through the wall.

9.2. Hot water Electric boiler sized according to container size (i.e. 10, 80, 150, 300 l) with standard reduction valve and ball valve safety system.

9.3. Drainage Waste water will be conveyed to the bottom of the container by means of 100mm diameter plastic pipes mounted laterally through the wall. The customer is responsible for local regulations regarding waste water. Separate waste water collection tanks are also available.

  1. WARMING UP

2 kW electric heater with thermostat.

  1. AIR CONDITIONING

Compact air conditioning is available. It is also possible to connect an air-conditioning system through a window, which can be closed when removal is desired.

  1. ISOLATION

The floor, roof and pillars are constructed of steel machined to ISO standards, coated with a light grey primer, RAL 9002. The side walls are painted light grey, RAL 9002.

  1. THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT

  1. WIND RESISTANCE
    The container is stable in 100 km/h wind without any anchoring system. In case of stacked containers or in case of strong winds a suitable anchoring system must be provided.
  2. MONTAGE

It is possible, according to the calculations, to stack 3 containers and use them without risk. Insulated containers should be attached to a wooden or concrete foundation. The foundation mentioned above should be applied to several containers, forming a unitary whole. Containers can also be placed on a foundation of concrete slabs or pillars. The dimensions of the foundation should be appropriate to local circumstances and the type of surface on which the containers will be placed. A high standard of foundation is necessary to guarantee a smooth installation. Containers must be installed according to the instructions received.
